SCHEDULE: 33.00 hours per week, DAY; MONDAY to THURSDAY or TUESDAY to FRIDAY - 08:15 to 17:30

Following precise instructions, the responsible person performs various verification, shipping, and processing tasks for documents and items intended for libraries.
More specifically, you:
- Verify the accuracy of orders and invoices and check the physical condition of received documents and items;
- Use the appropriate modules of the integrated library management system to transmit documents and items to libraries and/or suppliers;
- Perform material preparation and minor repairs on documents/items;
- Verify, compile, and enter any information related to collection development and inventories;
- Use all office devices and equipment made available to you in the course of your responsibilities and report any operational anomalies according to established policies and procedures.
- Hold a secondary school diploma (Grade 12);
- Have three (3) months of relevant experience for the position;
- Be comfortable with computers;
- Enjoy dynamic work;
- Have good communication skills in French, both oral and written;
- Care about the satisfaction of the citizens of the City of Laval;
- Be recognized for your organizational skills, attention to detail, and team spirit.
